Pumpkin Spice Crisp




Filling-

1 15 oz Can of Pumpkin Puree
1 C Sugar
3 Eggs
1 1/2 C Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Salt
2/3 C Heavy Cream

*Vanilla Ice Cream


Topping-

1/2 C Butter - softened
1 C Flour
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
3/4 C Pecans - chopped
1/3 C Oats


In a medium sized bowl combine the butter, flour, brown sugar, salt, pumpkin pie
spice, pecans & oats. Mix together with hands and set aside.


In a large bowl whisk the eggs, pumpkin, sugar, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, salt
& heavy cream until well combined. Pour into an 8 x 11 baking dish. Crumble the topping
over the pumpkin mixture.

Bake @ 375 F for 45 minutes.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
